Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 September 2026
Arixeva Labs (“Arixeva Labs”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why we collect it, the cookies we use, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies.
Controller: Arixeva Labs. Contact: privacy@arixevalabs.com or hello@arixevalabs.com.
What we collect
We may process:
- Identity and contact data you send through Get in Touch (name, work email, company, project notes).
- Technical data created by the browser (IP address, user agent, language, referring URL) when you load the site.
- Cookie and consent records (whether you chose “Allow all Cookies” or necessary cookies only, and the time of that choice).
- Usage data from optional analytics cookies, only after you allow them.
We do not knowingly collect special-category data or data from children under 16 through this marketing site.
Why we process it (lawful bases)
- Legitimate interests — operating a secure website, answering business enquiries, and defending legal claims.
- Consent — non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing) and any optional mailing list. You may withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
- Contract / pre-contract — if you ask us to propose or deliver work.
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, and regulatory requests.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. GDPR requires a clear choice before non-essential cookies are set. On your first visit we show a consent warning. You can press Allow all Cookies or continue with Necessary only. Your choice is stored locally so we do not ask on every page view.
- Necessary — remember cookie preference, keep the site secure, and load pages. These do not require consent.
- Analytics — understand aggregate traffic. Set only if you allow all cookies.
- Marketing / preferences — remember presentation choices or measure campaigns. Set only if you allow all cookies.
You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. You can also clear cookies in your browser.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with hosting and email providers who process it on our instructions, with professional advisers, or when required by law. If a transfer leaves the EEA or India, we use an appropriate safeguard such as standard contractual clauses where required.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is needed for a contract or dispute. Consent records are kept for the life of the preference plus a short audit window. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
Your GDPR rights
If GDPR applies to you, you may:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase data in the circumstances set out in Article 17;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive a portable copy of data you provided;
- withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing;
- lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (for example your EU/EEA data protection authority).
To exercise these rights, email privacy@arixevalabs.com. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within one month.
Automated decisions
This website does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
