Arixeva Labs (“Arixeva Labs”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why we collect it, the cookies we use, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies.

What we collect

We may process:

• Identity and contact data you send through Get in Touch (name, work email, company, project notes).
• Technical data created by the browser (IP address, user agent, language, referring URL) when you load the site.
• Cookie and consent records (whether you chose “Allow all Cookies” or necessary cookies only, and the time of that choice).
• Usage data from optional analytics cookies, only after you allow them.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data or data from children under 16 through this marketing site.

Why we process it (lawful bases)

• Legitimate interests — operating a secure website, answering business enquiries, and defending legal claims.

Sharing

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is needed for a contract or dispute. Consent records are kept for the life of the preference plus a short audit window. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
